What is Polar Perks?
Polar Perks is a loyalty program designed to give extra perks and benefits to those vendors who have come back year after year. It's a way for us to say THANK YOU.
How do I become a member?
Once you become a vendor, you are automatically a member.
Can I lose my membership?
Yes, if you fall out of good standing, you will no longer be considered a member. (Although some perks may be restored when you return to good standing)

What if I can't attend myself?
If you use a fill in or replacement you maintain your good standing if your replacement follows all the good standing procedures, but you will not be eligible for the Vendor Extravaganza Basket.
What if I have to leave early or come late?
It is important that our show be set up for the entire time. Failing to have an active display for the entire show will result in you losing good standing status. Depending on the situation you could just lose your registration rate bonus or you may not be invited back.
What if I have to cancel?
If you contact me immediately and I am able to get a replacement for your space
You can maintain your good standing for future years on registration cost. However you will lose your
guarantee of a space and will be subject to first come first serve the following year.
If you cancel the day of the show or do not show up
You will lose your good standing status and no longer be a member.
You may also not be invited back -- that is at the discretion of the coordinator.
What if I have to miss a year due to a scheduling conflict?
What are Levels? How do I level up?
Levels are simply a way for us to keep track of how many years you have been a loyal vendor. In the future there may be additional perks added based on levels. To level up, just keep coming and being a great vendor!
